On the job training, to the employees of the food sector who manage daily food safety and quality systems, is one of the services we offer and that is always successful.
Recently, a training course was held for an important client, in compliance with the ISO 19011:2011 Standard (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems), with the aim of preparing an auditor team for inspections on GMPs at the group’s facilities.
The classroom was composed of a multidisciplinary group of quality managers/plant quality management staff who came from plants located in different countries of Europe. The course was held with a first theoretical session in which the participants dealt with regulatory requirements and addressed specific case studies. Subsequently, we carried out field audit simulations directly at the Dutch production site with the application of the audit checklist that the Group developed as the support for inspection activities.
Collaborating with large companies such as these allows us to appreciate the vision of group work, constant growth and willingness to standardize the auditing procedures, fundamental characteristics to obtain a great result both from the production point of view and from food safety.
In addition to the purely professional aspect, taking courses abroad for us means consolidating collaborative experiences, exchanging knowledge and enriching our cultural background.
