Con il Regolamento (UE) 2021/1399, la Commissione europea introduce i nuovi limiti per gli alcaloidi dell’Ergot, una tipologia di micotossina presente in alcuni prodotti alimentari.
Gli alimenti per la prima infanzia sono i prodotti appositamente destinati ai lattanti (di età inferiore ai 12 mesi) e ai bambini nella prima infanzia (bambini da 1 a 3 anni).
I semi del mandorlo (Prunus dulcis) sono le mandorle, semi oleosi ricchi di vitamine e minerali, definite anche le regine della frutta secca.
È stato recentemente pubblicato sul sito del Ministero della Salute il Piano Nazionale Residui (PNR) 2020.
Gli standard sono stati allineati con IFS Food versione 7 e il benchmarking GFSI V2020.1.
